Laura Ballew founded Vertora Global in 2013 with a conviction that the vertical mobility industry deserved a fundamentally different approach to care — one built on engineering precision, rigorous standards, and genuine long-term partnership with facility operators.
Under her leadership, Vertora has grown from a regional specialist into the world's foremost authority on escalator and moving walkway care, operating across 40+ countries and maintaining over 12,000 facilities globally. Laura's philosophy — that infrastructure care is asset management, not janitorial work — has shaped every aspect of how Vertora operates.
